Famous lawyer Atty. Lorna Kapunan talks about Vhong Navarro's case in "Umagang Kay Ganda":
Kapunan enumerated the charges that can be filed from the assault including the playing/taking picture of Navarro's balls which she calls "ignominy"
If DENIECE was or if there's any intension of rape by Vhong N., why she didn't go to the nearest hospital to have herself check, since she claimed that she has some scratches on her body or maybe to seek for some psychological help. Why every time she had an interviews she wears a long sleeves shirts? If you are really a rape victim you probably wear a sleeveless shirt to show the viewers and might say: " Here these is what the rapist did to me"! Why everytime you had an interview, you're well fix with complete make ups on your face? Is this the way you want to get an attention; publicity on cam? You weren't taught right by your parent because if you do you will never be in that messed right now! You're only 22, and yes you are legal and anything you do or say it can be use in the court of law. I just hope you don't messed someone just like that because you might turn around one day, and someone might discard you the same way they tried to discard Vhong . It's never been too late to admit what really happens, and learned from your mistakes. You people probably can get away from these but may I remind you: you can run but you can't hide from the eyes of the Almighty LORD!

ReplyDeletei think there was NO ATTEMPTED RAPE like what CORNEJO said.. and if ever may nangyari nga pong rape bakit hindi siya tumakbo sa may pintuan para makalabas ng condo nya?? bakit instead sa kwarto sya tumakbo?? eh according to CEDRIC LEE pagbukas ng pintuan eh sala po agad ang makikita?? and kung ako po ang makakakita ng actual na pangre-rape ng isang tao yes automatically i will punch the guy but ang questionable na sinabi ni CEDRIC LEE, bakit kelangan nyang tumawag pa ng ibang kasamahan kung kasama na nya ung lalaking nagngangalang MIKE? hindi naman po kalakihang tao si Vhong at kung ico-compare po sila ni CEDRIC LEE eh mas malaking tao naman po ito kesa kay Vhong kaya i'm sure na kayang kaya nya po si Vhong.. then about the blotter thing naman bakit hindi tumawag or kumontak man lang ng kaibigan or family ni Vhong? bakit magisa sya sa presinto?? and kung na rape ka talaga ng isang tao bakit nakipag-areglo ka sa suspect?? hmmmm.....
