Tropical Depression Ramon Weakens - PAGASA Update for October 12
Tropical Depression Ramon weakened as it makes landfall in Southern Leyte at 6:00 a.m. this morning, October 12, 2011, according to the latest bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric and Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Tropical Depression Ramon was spotted at 30 km Northeast of Roxas City as of 10:00 a.m. this morning with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph). It is moving West Northwest at 19 kph.

The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 5 PM today.
