Ted Revisits Individuals Helped by 'Failon Ngayon'
Celebrating two years of giving actions and solutions to issues.
A man with leprosy, a female sex slave, and a young man filled with moles all over his body were only among the many individual helped by “Failon Ngayon.”
Ted Failon revisits them to see how their lives have changed after the show helped them solve their problems in the special 2nd anniversary episode this Saturday (Oct 22).
Barok used to be good looking man until he was turned into an outcast in society after he was diagnosed with leprosy. He started undergoing Multi-Drug Therapy in November 2010 and almost a year after, has Barok regain his old appearance?
On the other hand, 15-year old girl "Diane" who was turned into a sex slave was looking for justice last year. For almost a month, she was a sex slave to suspect Rommel Alfonso. With the help of “Failon Ngayon,” a warrant of arrest has been issued against Rommel who remains in hiding.
Lastly, Ted checks on 23-year-old Paulo who was born with Congenital Melanocytic Nevi or a condition where moles appear on all parts of the body. After his story was aired on "Failon Ngayon," donations poured in to help Paulo, who is now employed at the Chinese General Hospital through the help of Dr. James Diy.
