Check out this video taken minutes after the shooting incident in SM Pampanga last September 20 involving a 13-year-old boy who shot his alleged 17-year-old boyfriend before he shot himself.
The video reveals that mall security guards and other people who witnessed the incident did not take action that could have save the lives of the two boys.
