Bagyong Ramon Slightly Accelerated - PAGASA Update for October 13, 11:00 a.m.
Bagyong Ramon has maintained its strength and slightly accelerated as it continues to move Northwestward, according to the October 13, 11:00 a.m. bulletin of PAGASA.
At around 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Bagyong Ramon was spotted at 195 km West Northwest of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro with a maximum
winds of 55 kph near the center.
By Friday morning, Bagyong Ramon is expected at 310 km West of Iba, Zambales and by Saturday morning, it will be at 620 km West of Iba, Zambales or 620 km West Southwest of Laoag City.
Signal No. 1 still up in Mindoro Provinces, Lubang Island, Northern Palawan and Batangas while public storm warning Signals elsewhere are now lowered.
