Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs Manny Pacquiao Now Possible
Floyd Mayweather Jr. might now be feeling the urge to fight Manny Pacquiao after the latter's controversial victory over Juan Manuel Marquez, boxing analysts say.
In Pacquiao's third bout with Marquez at the MGM Grand last Saturday, the Filipino boxing hero received criticisms for lack of power and speed that almost cost him a title. Thanks to two of the three judges who voted in favor of Pacquiao at the expense of Juan Manuel Marquez who belives he was robbed for the second time.
But Pacquiao's mediocre performance may have convince the undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. for the highly anticipated face-off.
Some analysts even believe that in a way, Pacquiao showing vulnerability last weekend could be a bait to entice Mayweather to finally shut his mouth and do the walk and face the world's best pound-for-pound fighter.
Pacquiao, on the other hand, delivered a message to Mayweather saying:
"Let's get it on. Let's make the fight happen and give the people a good fight."
