Carmina Villaroel to Transfer to Another Network?
Carmina Villaroel considers her current career status as "floating." Is she leaving GMA-7?
The rumor that Carmina Villaroel is transferring to other network came out after her husband Zoren Legaspi tweeted that she’s leaving GMA-7.
Carmina's remaining projects with the Kapuso Network are "Day Off" with Pekto Roses and "Pepito Manaloto" with Michael V. Her soap, "Pahiram ng Isang Ina" ended recently.
In an interview by Yahoo! Philippines, Carmina admitted that she's currently in the "floating" stage because there have been talks with ABS-CBN, TV5 and even with GMA-7 but she hasn't decided yet.
“Wala pa talaga. Kaya nga okay akong makapagsalita kasi wala pa promise. Kaya nga floating ako kasi puro meetings lang ako. Kaya lahat open. Kaya rin ako nahihirapan kasi wala akong sama ng loob kahit sa kaninong network. Si Tita Dolor Guevara (her manager) na lang ang bahala,” she said.
Carmina's "Sis" co-hosts have already left GMA-7 weeks ago. Janice de Belen returned to ABS-CBN to take the role of Gerald Anderson's mother in the primetime series "Budoy." Gelli de Belen, on the other hand, transferred to TV5.
So the question remains: Will Carmina Villaroel transfer to ABS-CBN or TV5 or will she stay loyal with GMA-7?
