RJ Bautista Arraignment Postponed for Next Year
RJ Bautista, one of the suspects in the killing of his brother Ramgen Revilla, will have to wait until January 17, 2012 as his arraignment was postponed.
RJ Bautista's lawyer, Dennis Manzanal, reportedly filed a motion to quash at the Para Parañaque City Regional Trial Court Branch 274 that caused the postponement of the RJ's scheduled arraignment for next year.
RJ is facing murder and frustrated murder charges in connection with the his brother Ramgen's killing and the attempted killing of the victim's girlfriend Janelle Manahan last October 28.
His sister, Ramona Bautista, the other suspected mastermind of the crime and who left the country last November 4 is now the subject of a global manhunt which was launched by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Thursday.
