Vincent “Vince” Buduan Manlapaz, the Bunsoy Tisoy ng Rizal, received the lowest number of votes during the first eviction night of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Teen Edition Season 4 on Saturday night, April 28.
Meanwhile, among the 4 nominees, Kit Thompson emerged as the most popular for receiving a whopping 49.76% of combined text and online votes.
