Krista Kleiner Among the Favorites to Win Miss International 2010
Our very own Krista Kleiner is favored by beauty experts as one of the strong contestants to win Miss International 2010.
The 50th Miss International pageant is happening this Sunday, November 7, at the Sichuan Province Gymnasium in Chengdu, China.
A record of 70 contestants are competing for the crown this year, and one of them is our very own Krista Kleiner who is considered by beauty experts around the world as a "shoo-in" for the title.
In the first leaderboard released by pageant website Global Beauties, Krista was their top pick for the crown. However in their latest hot list (October 30), Krista dropped to no. 5 which is still good. In Missosology, another popular pageant website, Krista is running in 2nd position.
Last year, Melody Gersbach was among the Top 12 finalists. She died in a car accident last August 21.
In 2008, Patricia Fernandez was also among the Top 12 finalists and last 2005, Precious Lara Quigaman won the 4th Miss International crown for the Philippines.
