OMB Releases 'Bawal Kumopya' Public Service Video Featuring the Stars of 'Walang Hanggan'
The Optical Media Board, headed by Ronnie Rickets, has released a public service video titled "Bawal Kumopya" featuring the stars of the phenomenal ABS-CBN teleserye, "Walang Hanggan."
The new public service plug by OMB was made possible in partnership with ABS-CBN's "The Filipino Channel" (TFC), which in turn tapped the stars of their most-watched teleserye "Walang Hanggan" to deliver the message about anti-piracy.
Crossing their arms and saying the battlecry "Bawal Kumopya" are Joem Bascon, Richard Gomez, Dawn Zulueta, Julia Montes, Paulo Avelino and Coco Martin.
The “Bawal Kumopya” campaign was launched during the "One Kapamilya Go" event in California last September 16. The plug featuring the stars of "Walang Hanggan" is now airing on TFC.

The Optical Media Board (OMB), which replaced the Videogram Regulatory Board (VRB) in 2003, is responsible in regulating the manufacture of optical media in all its forms and has the power to slap stiffer fines and penalties for its illegal production (pirated CDs, DVDs, softwares, etc).
