Julius Babao Pushes for a House for Every Filipino in 'Krusada'
Over five million Filipino families are in need of permanent shelter according to the National Housing Authority, while many are making do with weak and unstable homes.
This Thursday (Dec 30), Julius Babao will answer why there is a scarcity in houses and why the Philippine housing program is flawed in “Krusada” on ABS-CBN.
Ever since, it has been Babao’s crusade to help Filipinos get a roof above their heads through fund-raising projects. With the help of Gawad Kalinga, he has been successful in providing not just homes but a new start in life to many Filipinos.

ReplyDeleteAm so impressed at this advocacy of Julius Babao. Just saw his documentaries this Good Friday on his housing project with GK. I am moved enough to wish to make a donation.
