John Prats, Punched by Jason Francisco for Insulting Melai Cantiveros
John Prats mulls over filing physicial injury charges against comedian Jason Francisco after he was punched on the face three times by the latter during the taping of "Banana Split at the Music Museum in San Juan City on Thursday.
In an interview by ABS-CBN's primetime newscast TV Patrol, John said he was slapped from behind and when he turned around to see that it was Jason Francisco, the latter punched him twice, one on the cheek and the other on the chin. When he's about to retaliate, they were both restrained by some members of the crew including director Jemster Reyes.
Prats has already reported the incident to the San Juan police and currently mulling if he will file physical injury charges against Francisco.
According to the report, Francisco was angered by the group's constant teasing of the former PBB housemate's former girlfriend Melai Cantiveros.
Meanwhile, Francisco apologized to Prats after admitting that he was hurt by the jokes about him and Cantiveros that's why he hit Prats.
