Kapamilya teen heartthrob Daniel Padilla had a taste of why being famous is not all that gratifying.
Daniel Padilla is performing the song "Paniwalaan Mo" in ASAP 18 earlier today, March 3, when suddenly a fan girl ran towards him and kissed him on the lips.
The girl screamed at the top of her lungs and jumped up and down after the incident.
