'Eat Bulaga!' Invades Indonesia
The longest-running noon time show in the Philippines now has an Indonesian version. Check out some video clips from the pilot episode which aired on Monday, July 16, in Indonesia.
"Eat Bulaga! Indonesia" premiered on Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) channel on Monday, July 16. It's the first international franchise of the top-rating noontime show by TAPE Inc. which airs from Monday to Saturday on GMA Network.
Just like the original, the Indonesian version is comprised of popular segments like "Pinoy Henyo" ("Indonesia Pintar"), "One for All, All for One," "Bulagaan" ("Bolagaan") and "Karaoke Stud." Even the hosts have Indonesian counterparts like for example, bossing Vic Sotto has a similitude called "Boss Uya" and the term “dabarkads” is called “bulagang.”
