Also on the cover as the one of the "Sweetest Celebrity Couples" is the tandem of cosmetic surgeons Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho.
But how about Aga Muhlach-Charlene Gonzales, Matteo Guidicelli-Maja Salvador, Richard Gomez-Lucy Torres, Judy Ann Santos-Ryan Agoncillo? Do these couples made it to the list also?
