Edgar Allan Guzman & Mercedes Cabral Topbill 2011 Cinemalaya Entry 'Ligo Na U, Lapit Na Me'
"Ligo Na U, Lapit Na Me" is an independent film helmed by Erick Salud, the director of ABS-CBN's "Mutya."
The sex comedy film is topbilled by Edgar Allan Guzman and Mercedes Cabral and it is one of the 9 competing entries to the New Breed category of the 2011 Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival.
The screenplay is written by Palanca award-winning writer Jerry Gracio based from the book of the same name. It's produced by Noel Ferrer and it will serve as Salud's first feature film of his career.
