Ramiele Malubay was born on September 6, 1987. Ramiele sang Heart’s “Alone.” Randy Jackson said, “It wasn’t the right song choice for you for me.” Paula Abdul said, “You’re really sick. I know that. So, I’m hoping that you stay through and keep going, because you’re a very big talent in a little small package.” Simon Cowell said, “I didn’t think it was as bad as Randy said.”
Our very own Ramiele Malubay hit homerun as she received high compliments from the judges on tonight's American Idol Top 12 girls performance show. She sang “You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me” by Dusty Springfields.
Randy Jackson said, “Very classy, almost like a pro.” Paula Abdul said, “You’re a force to be reckoned with.” Simon Cowell said, “Tonight, you out sung every single person.”
It's confirmed! Our very own Ramiele Malubay, the shortest contestant, made it to the Top 24 of American Idol season 7. Ramiele is the fifth pinoy to make it to the final cut after Jasmine Trias and Camile Velasco in season 3, Jose Penala in season 5 and AJ Tabaldo in season 6.
