Sarah Geronimo is First Asian to Win the Global Sound Award
Sarah Geronimo was named winner of the 10th International Singing Contest: The Global Sound Award for her song “Kilometro.”
The Pop Star Royalty and The Voice of the Philippines coach bested 26 entries from around the world including USA, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Argentina, Mexico, Australia, Portugal, among others.
This is the first time that an Asian country won in the annual meet.
