Miss Philippines Sandra Seifert Wins Miss Earth 2009 Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown

After winning the Best in Swismsuit award last Saturday, Philippine bet Sandra Seifert, bagged the Best in Evening Gown!



The Evening Gown finals was held last night, November 16, at the PAGCOR Grand Theater
in Parañaque City where the host candidate disappointed 79 other beauties from around the world after being announced as the winner.
