Brillante Mendoza, Jaclyn Jose & Gina Pareño Nominated in the 2009 Asian Film Awards
The Asian Film Awards are presented annually by the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society to recognize excellence of film professionals in the film industries of Asia. Our very own Brillante Mendoza is nominated for Best Director for his Cannes' entry "Serbis." Jaclyn Jose and Gina Pareno, on the other hand, are nominated in the Best Supporting Actress category.
